Portion of 2 x 160g fishcakes made with Scottish salmon fillets, smoked salmon, prawns, mashed potato, lobster stock, peas, lemon, herbs and capers.
The fishcakes are breadcrumbed, fried until golden brown and frozen. A hearty main for one or a great starter for two. Simply reheat in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
