This classic cocktail gets a seasonal twist using a cordial made from the zest and juice of fresh blood oranges. We then mix this with two single malts - singleton for smooth sweetness and ledaig from mull for an island hit of smoky spice to balance the acidity of the blood orange. Serve over ice with a slice of orange or shake hard and serve straight up in your favourite cocktail glass.
