Made in Ayrshire by Dunlop Dairy, Bonnet is smooth and creamy with a lightly nutty goat flavour. Made with milk from their own Swiss Saanan goats, Bonnet is matured for between 6 and 10 months and wrapped in cloth, and develops a wonderful texture that's neither hard or soft. Coupled with the wonderful flavour, this makes Bonnet a wonderful cheese.
