These root veggies have had a magical makeover! They’re sweet, crunchy and hot, but not hot-hot. They are perfectly suited to Vietnamese Banh Mi but are also great served with steamed rice, grilled meat, or in a salad.
Aye Pickled is a family business based in Edinburgh. We hand make wee batches of gourmet pickles and live cultured ferments.
We’ve always had a passion for pickled and fermented foods – the tang, crunch, fizz and the sweet, sharp and sour flavours are all winners for us. But for a long time we couldn’t find anything on the local market to satisfy our cravings. So we started making our own.
We do everything by hand, using traditional techniques, yet our award-winning range is vibrant, bold and innovative.
