Use it to stuff your turkey or, as we like to do, roast it separately with an extra helping of cranberry sauce over the top. We also love little stuffing balls, just break up the stuffing and roll in to golf ball sized nuggets - ideal as a side dish or as a hearty nibble at Boxing Day Lunch.
