Rosebery Estates Apple Balsamic Vinegar - 100ml
Apple balsamic vinegar crafted very slowly in 16 traditional Italian vinegar barrels made of oak, chestnut, cherry and juniper woods. The vinegar is made using a unique triple fermentation process influenced by the Spanish solera system, Italian balsamic vinegar method, and our own creativity.
A collaboration between Chef Ben Reade and Compounder Michael Kaplan of Great British Vermouth, this vinegar is made using apples grown on the historic Rosebery Estates to the West of Edinburgh, where the vinegar ferments. It's aged using our unique process after which - under the careful watch of medical herbalist Joe Shepherd - it's infused with a touch of clary sage for a really delicious herby lift.
A unique product with a tiny production. Made very slowly since 2014. For sale until it's gone.
