Seggiano stoneground wholegrain Kamut® Digestives are a source of fibre, iron and phosphorus. This crunchy, hearty biscuit is free of yeast and dairy and uses quality, cold-pressed oil. Enjoy our traditional Italian breakfast biscuit with either sweet or savoury toppings. Story goes, this coveted and nutritious ancient grain was rediscovered in an Egyptian tomb by a WW2 pilot. While it isn't gluten-free, it is thought to be more easily digestible than modern wheat strains.
