Our Sirloin steaks are renowned for their exceptional flavour. A good covering of fat and marbling concentrate these flavours and dry ageing for a minimum of 35 days ensures the greatest tenderness. Each steak is hand cut and trimmed of excess fat and gristle.
Our beef is sourced from prime grass fed cattle from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders.
Keep frozen for up to 3 months, use on the day of defrosting.
