Our excellent fresh Spaghettoni, made with organic semolina, local eggs and squid ink.
This pasta is made with a traditional bronze die extruder; the texture is a little chewier and thicker than spaghetti.
This pasta is ideal for seafood sauces. Perfect with a squid ragu, or simple aglio, olio, pepperoncino for a briney twist on a classic.
