St Marcellin - 80g
This is a tiny cheese with a very fine bloomy white rind; it is shaped like a small disc and often sold in little
ceramic or wooden pots. It usually takes about four weeks to mature and possesses a soft, creamy, nutty
flavour and soft, dense paste. It’s considered both an artisan and industrial cheese depending on who it’s
produced by in the Isère province (Dauphiné).
