Sau Tao TanTan Noodles is ready cooked DanDan dried noodles. A Chinese product, but it is very popular with Japanese, Korean, Singaporean, and Taiwanese kitchens. It is an easy to cook dish and it becomes more scrumptious when meat and vegetable are added.
