Winter Black Perigord Truffle - 50g (Frozen)
These great quality black winter truffles are frozen at their peak to capture maximum aroma and flavour. A great premium and reliable truffle product during the summer when other truffle varieties can be disappointing.
We suggest you defrost these (saving any juices that are left) and grate finely, dice, or cut into fine matchsticks. Best lightly cooked through your dish. We love them in fresh pasta, risotto, with wild mushrooms and eggs, or stuffed into a chicken breast with a little wild garlic and served with Wye valley asparagus!
