It is delicious whisked into a rich jus and will take your sauce to another level. Or try serving on steak - place a medallion on almost cooked steak and pop under the grill for one minute. The bone marrow melt will melt and release its rich, creamy flavour into the beef.

Please note the bone marrow in this melt is raw and must be heated above 75°C before eating.
