Edinburgh Food Delivery Returns & Refund Policy

Damaged / Faulty Products

Please call us on 07498489819 or e-mail us on info@edinburghfooddelivery.com as soon as you realise you have a faulty or damaged product, as well as taking some photos of the damaged items. We will replace or refund any damaged or faulty product.

Cancellation 

Please contact us by phone or e-mail to cancel an order, by 9am on the expected dispatch day of your order. We will cancel any items excluding fresh products we have brought in exclusively to fulfil your order.

Non Perishable Foods

The following applies to only ‘dry’ non perishable products. For any fresh produce, please refer to the Perishable Foods Policy

Within 30 days of your purchase you have a cooling off period according to the consumer rights act 2005, where you can return the products to us and cancel the sale.
Please return any products you would like to cancel to 15/10 South Gyle Crescent, EH12 9EB, with a note including your order number and the return reason.

Please note items must be in a sellable condition, with all original packaging included.

Perishable Product Returns (Fresh / Frozen Products)

Fresh and frozen produce is exempt from the cooling off period,  and can not be returned to us unless faulty.
