Scottish beef fillet wrapped in mushroom duxelles, duck liver parfait, prosciutto and a perfect puff pastry lattice. The Wellington will come with red wine sauce, and the following sides, all fully prepared ready to go in the oven. 

Duck fat roasted potatoes, rosemary and garlic salt 
Maple & sherry vinegar glazed roots
Pigs in blankets, Arran mustard & honey glaze 
Braised Red Cabbage 

Cooking instructions will be provided.

These are made on demand, and we need at least 2 days notice. 
These are delivered fresh, and have never been frozen. 

Due to overwhelming demand, we are only able to offer the beef wellingtons in 4 & 8 person formats this year, and are not available without the sides.

For 8- £225

Edinburgh deliveries - We will be delivering on Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th December.

UK Wide deliveries - Due to  courier issues, our last perishable shipment date will be Wednesday 13th December, you would then be required to freeze the wellingtons until Christmas.
