Hebridean Blue also Known as Isle of Mull Blue - made from Unpasteurised Cows Milk and Traditional Rennet, it is a very interesting blue, it looks very intense but the taste is very warming and gentle, can be at times mooish with gentle notes. The peat and barley makes the milk very interesting and can give very contrasting flavours in different styles of cheese.
