The GlenAllachie - White Heather 15 Years Old - 70cl

The latest limited edition White Heather release, expertly crafted by Master Distiller, Billy Walker. Single malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay and Speyside matured in a combination of premium American and Spanish oak casks, then combined and given an extra 3 years rest to marry and combine wonderful depth of flavour.

White Heather 15 year old received a Gold Medal at the recent IWSC awards, scoring 95 points.

Nose - Waves of heather honey and butterscotch, followed by orange peel, pineapple, mint and a hint of peat.

Palate - Layers of treacle, heather honey and butterscotch, followed by orange peel, grapefruit and almonds with moch, ginger and light whisp of peaty smoke on the finish.
