Fresh Scottish salmon, wrapped in a stuffing made of caramelised leeks, wilted spinach, lemon, chives, chervil and cream cheese, then rolled in puff pastry, glazed with egg yolk and topped with fennel seeds.
Served with a shellfish bisque. (please note no sides are included)

Edinburgh deliveries - We will be delivering on Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th December.
UK Wide deliveries - Due to courier issues, our last perishable shipment date will be Wednesday 13th December, you would then be required to freeze the wellingtons until Christmas.
