Proper Camembert is hard to come by these days, but we've unearthed an absolute beauty from Normandy. Made with 'lait cru' (raw milk), it's a bloomy-rinded bomb of classic Camembert flavous, from mushrooms and créme fraiche to cabbage and garlic. Bake in the oven and attack with crusty bread or put centre stage on a cheeseboard with a glass of Norman 'cidre'.
